This page introduces the trade types that can be obtained via bitFlyer file.

1．Our Support Status for bitFlyer

*Deposits / Withdrawals:

This covers the "入金" (JPY deposit), "出金" (JPY withdrawal), "預入" (crypto deposit), "送付" (crypto send) and "外部送付" (crypto external send) rows in the transaction history file. Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect your profit and loss, so "Import asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals)" in the ledger settings is turned off by default (on by default for users who migrated from Gtax). Turn this setting on only if you want deposits and withdrawals to be reflected in the transaction list (Settings: Import Asset Transfers (Deposits/Withdrawals)). Withdrawal fees (send fees) are reflected regardless of the setting. *Purchasing cryptocurrency with points:

When cryptocurrency is purchased using points, the transaction appears as “Received,” and the remarks field may show “株式会社 bitFlyer Vポイント,” “株式会社 bitFlyer Tポイント,” or “株式会社 DIGITALIO.”
In cryptact, these transactions are recorded as “Bonus.”(If preferred, you may change the transaction type to “Buy.”)

Please note that the income recognition of the points themselves is outside the scope of crypto gain/loss calculations. For the cryptocurrency obtained with points, please process it as above so the system can calculate its average acquisition cost and subsequent gains or losses. The handling of point income should follow your usual treatment for other point usage.

*“Received” transactions with an empty remarks field:

Transactions whose type is “Received” and whose remarks field is empty were previously not reflected automatically. Following the update on September 14, 2026, they are now reflected as “Bonus.” (If preferred, you may change the transaction type.)

2．Transactions Not Automatically Reflected

If you can identify the details of your transactions—such as by checking them on the exchange’s interface—please create a Custom File and enter the transactions yourself before uploading it.
