(*1) For transactions categorized as "Deposit(預入)"
Our system is unable to determine whether a "Deposit"(預入) transaction represents a fund transfer between the your own accounts or a record of funds granted through a campaign or other means. Therefore, transactions marked as "Deposit"(預入) are excluded from profit and loss calculations. If the deposit is related to a campaign or other promotional benefits, you will need to manually upload it as a custom transaction.
(*2) If you have a file that includes records of recurring buy, please send the file to our support team. We will check if automatic processing is possible.
2．Transactions Not Automatically Reflected
If you can identify the details of your transactions—such as by checking them on the exchange’s interface—please create a Custom File and enter the transactions yourself before uploading it.
