This page introduces the trade types that can be obtained via BITPOINT exchange file.

1. Our Support Status for BitPoint

(*1)　Deposits / Withdrawals
This covers the "入金" (JPY deposit), "出金" (JPY withdrawal), "預入" (crypto deposit) and "送付" (crypto send) rows in the transaction history file. "返却" (crypto return) rows are also treated as deposits. Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect your profit and loss, so "Import asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals)" in the ledger settings is turned off by default (on by default for users who migrated from Gtax). Turn this setting on only if you want deposits and withdrawals to be reflected in the transaction list (Settings: Import Asset Transfers (Deposits/Withdrawals)). Note that although the file has a "手数料" (fee) column, the files we have checked did not include fees on deposit or withdrawal rows, so withdrawal fees (send fees) are not reflected from this file. If your file shows a fee on a "送付" or "出金" row, please contact our support desk.

Our system cannot determine from the file whether a "Deposit" (預入) transaction is a transfer between your own accounts or funds granted through a campaign or other means. Therefore, "Deposit" (預入) transactions are treated as deposits (shown in the transaction list only when the setting is on) and are not reflected as bonuses. If the deposit is related to a campaign or other promotional benefits, please upload it separately as a custom transaction.

2．Transactions Not Automatically Reflected

If you can identify the details of your transactions—such as by checking them on the exchange’s interface—please create a Custom File and enter the transactions yourself before uploading it.
