In this article, we provide instructions on how to cancel the auto-renewal of a paid plan.
When paying by credit card, all subscription plans are set to auto-renew. If you need to cancel a paid plan, you can do so by following the instructions provided on this help page
- Even if you cancel the plan during its validity period, we cannot offer a refund.
- If the paid plan expires, you will no longer be able to view your transaction history data.
- Thirty days after the expiration date, the transaction history data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
1. How to Disable Auto-Renewal
1. Log into cryptact. Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner and click on "Plan&Billing".
2. Click on "Cancel auto-renewal".
3. Please review the important points regarding disabling auto-renewal, and if there are no issues, click "Cancel auto-renewal".
4. After reconsidering subscribing to the "Data Retention Plan", if you still wish to cancel auto-renewal, please select "Cancel auto-renewal".
5. After selecting a reason for disabling auto-renewal, click "Cancel auto-renewal".
6. Your subscription has been canceled.
7. If auto-renewal is turned OFF, it has been successfully disabled.
