This page provides information on the data retention policy after you change your subscription plan, cancel auto-renewal for a paid plan or delete your account.
What is Data Retention?
Refers to the ability to retain transaction history and calculation results uploaded to cryptact.
If you wish to retain data, please subscribe to a paid plan.
1.Free Plan(Only Free plans have been used so far)
If you have been using only the Free plan, you can retain your data.
2.Free Plan(Downgrade from a Paid plans)
If you downgrade from a Paid plan to a Free plan, data will not be retained or viewable.
For server load and other reasons, transaction history data will be completely deleted 30 days after the expiration date and cannot be restored.
*If you do not wish to add or edit transaction histories for the following year or later, but wish to retain and view data for previous years that have already been uploaded, we offer a “Data Retention Plan”.
3.Within the validity period of paid plans
Data can be retained as long as the paid plan is valid.
Example: Downgrading within a Paid plan, including new and old plans
Even if the number of annual transactions uploaded in the past exceeds the number of annual transactions of the plan after downgrading, the data can be retained.
4.Data Retention Plan
If you subscribe to the ”Data Retention Plan”, you will be able to retain and view all data uploaded in the past.
5.After the paid plan expires
Once the expiration date of a paid plan has passed, data cannot be retained or viewed.
For server load and other reasons, transaction history data will be completely deleted 30 days after the expiration date and cannot be restored.
Paid plans expire after one year. If you pay by credit card, your plan will be automatically renewed. However, if you turn off the auto-renewal setting by yourself after payment, the next renewal will not take place and your paid plan will expire. If you wish to retain your data, please consider turning on the auto-renewal setting and continuing with a paid plan (including the “Data Retention Plan”).
6.After Account Withdrawal(When you cancel your account)
When you cancel your account, all data will be deleted and cannot be viewed or restored. If you are currently subscribed to a paid plan, you will not be able to use it for the remainder of your subscription period. Please note that no refunds will be accepted.
