１．Log into Cryptact, click on the person-shaped icon in the upper right corner and click on your email address.On the "Account" tab, click on"Change password".
２．Enter "Curretnt pasword" and make the change in the "New password" section, and click "Update".

* cryptact does not know the user passwords. Therefore, if you forget your password, even we cannot tell you your password. Please reset your password via this link.
１．At the login screen, click on "Forgot Password?"
２．Enter the email address registered with cryptact, and click on "Send".
３．When you receive the email from cryptact, click on the "Password Reset" link in the email you received within 30 minutes.
４．Then, enter your new password and click on "Change Password" to finalize the password change.
５．After completing the password change, you will be able to log into cryptact with the new password.
