On this page, we explain the reasons why you may not receive a verification email when creating an account.
If you have entered your email address on the sign up page and are not receiving the verification email despite seeing the following screen, please check the following possible causes:
Reason 1: The email address is already registered
You cannot create multiple accounts with the same email address. If you already have an account, please log in from this page.
If you try to register with an already registered email address, you will be notified by email that the address is already registered. [Email subject: You already have an account on cryptact]
Reason 2: The email address is not valid
If there is an error in the email address or it is invalid, you will not receive the email. Please check again to ensure it is correctly entered.
Reason 3: The email is in the spam folder
Depending on your email settings, the verification email may be automatically sorted into the "Spam," "Trash," or "Junk" folder. The verification email will be sent from noreply@cryptact.com or noreply@cryptact.io, so please check these folders.
If you still cannot resolve the issue after checking the above, please contact support.
