1. What is the Referral Program?

Our referral program lets you to refer cryptact to your friends. In return, both you and your friends will receive a referral bonus that can be used towards cryptact's paid plan!

• Benefits for you (referrer):

  You will receive a referral bonus of US$15 when your friends registers a new free membership via the invite link and then purchases a paid plan for the first time.

• Benefits for your friend:

  Your friends will receive a referral bonus of US$10 that can be used when purchasing their first paid plan after registering a new free membership via the invite link.

Note:

* The amount of the referral bonus may vary during promotional campaigns.
* The referral bonuses for both the inviter and the invitee are subject to change without notice.

2. How to Participate in the Referral Program

You can participate in the referral program as follows.

STEP 2: Click "Refer a friend" from the profile icon in the top right corner

3. How to Use the Referral Program

The referral bonus can only be used to purchase paid plans, including the auto-renewal of your existing plan.

Example 1: the balance of the referral bonus is US$10

• A US$10 discount will be automatically applied to your next payment.

Example 2: the balance of the referral bonus is US$100

• If you choose a plan that costs more than US$100, a US$100 discount will be automatically applied to your next payment.
• If you choose a plan that costs less than US$100, the full amount of the plan will be covered by the discount on your next payment. Any remaining credit will be automatically applied to your following payment.

4. Referral Program Earnings Cap

There is no cap on the earnings from the referral bonus. You can check your earnings this page.

5. Referral Program Expiry Date

Referral bonuses earned on or after December 1, 2024, will expire after three years. Bonuses earned before November 30, 2024, do not have an expiration date.

6. Combining the Referral Program with Other Coupons

The possibility of combining with other coupons varies depending on the specifications of each coupon. Please refer to the relevant campaign details for more information.

7. Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Plase join the program only after reviewing its details and agreeing to the policy
2. Each person may have only one pafin account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
3. To prevent the use of this program by the same individual, we have implemented certain restrictions. If these restrictions are triggered, benefits may not be granted even if they would have otherwise been valid.
4. The first purchase of a paid plan with a pafin account created without using the invite link is not eligible for the program.
5. The first purchase of a paid plan with a pafin account created using the invite link of a deleted user's pafin account is not eligible for the program.
6. Accounts registered for tax professionals are not eligible for the program.
7. The referral bonus can only be used for purchasing paid plans and cannot be transferred to third parties.
8. The program is subject to change, suspension, or termination without prior notice.
9. The referral bonuses for both the inviter and the invitee are subject to change without notice.
10. The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from changes, interruptions, or termination of the program.
11. The qualification for receiving the referral bonus may be invalidated under certain conditions, and measures such as forfeiture of benefits or disqualification from participation in the program may be taken in cases such as:

         11-1. If it is discovered that one person holds multiple pafin accounts.

         11-2. If the company identifies actions deemed as fraudulent (impersonation, pranks, etc.).

         11-3. If it is determined that actions violate the company's terms of use.

         11-4. If actions that hinder the operation of the program are identified.

         11-5. If actions contrary to public order and morals are identified.

         11-6. In other cases where the company deems inappropriate.
