This page introduces the trade types that can be obtained via SBIVC exchange file.
1．Our Support Status for SBIVC Trade

On SBI VC Trade, the buy/sell records of spot trades and leveraged trades are included in both the "TRADE_RECORD_LIST" file and the "CASHFLOW" file. Since cryptact imports these trades (their trading gains/losses and trading fees) from the "TRADE_RECORD_LIST" file, in order to avoid duplication, the spot and leveraged trade records contained in the "CASHFLOW" file will not be reflected even if the file is uploaded.
(*) If you have a file that includes records of recurring buy, please send the file to our support team. We will check if automatic processing is possible.

Cryptocurrency received as 株主優待(shareholder's benefit)
Regarding cryptocurrency received as a shareholder benefit, it is generally necessary for users to recognize it separately as income. Therefore, in cryptact, cryptocurrency received through shareholder benefits is automatically processed as if purchased at fair market value. (If it were processed as a bonus, and you also recognize it as income on your side, it could result in double-counting of gains. In the transaction details screen, “Other” will appear in the comment field, and notes related to the shareholder benefit will be displayed in the remarks field.) -
Regarding other (cashback) transaction history.
If "Other (Cashback)" is listed in the CASHFLOW file, it will be processed as a "Bonus." If this is not the case, please correct it yourself.
2．Transactions Not Automatically Reflected
If you can identify the details of your transactions—such as by checking them on the exchange’s interface—please create a Custom File and enter the transactions yourself before uploading it.
