1. Important Notes
For transactions categorized as "Deposit"(預入):
Our system (a third-party system) is unable to determine whether a "Deposit"(預入) transaction represents a fund transfer between the customer's own accounts or a record of funds granted through a campaign or other means. Therefore, transactions marked as "Deposit"(預入) are excluded from profit and loss calculations. If the deposit is related to a campaign or other promotional benefits, you will need to manually upload it as a custom transaction.
2. Spot Trade History
After logging into BITPoint, from Menu Bar go to "取引照会"(View Trades) and click "期間指定取引明細"(Trade Details for Specific Date Range).
Select trade type as "現物取引"(Spot Trade), select extraction method as "約定日基準"(TD-based), specify date range, click "検索", and then click "CSV".
Upload trade history from BITPoint
After downloading the trade history, please upload it via upload screen.
