1. Data Availability Period
According to the exchange’s specifications, data export via CSV is limited to the most recent five years. If you need transaction history from earlier periods, please check with the exchange's support desk on how to retrieve it, and then upload the history as a custom file.

*1 We only reflect the transaction history at the time of closing for leveraged trading; therefore, only the "決済" category under "取引区分" is recorded.
*2 Regarding lending crypto assets, the transaction history affecting profit and loss is classified as interest income. However, the history of lending reward is recorded as "その他（Other）," making it impossible for third parties to uniquely identify it. Therefore, it is not handled automatically. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please upload the history of interest income using a custom file.

2.9 Lend coin, interests from coin lending, retrieve the coin
Other important notes:
- As a result of the Euthereum upgrade on September 15, the exchange gave out ETHW to its customers in Japanese yen equivalent on October 5, 2022, and ETHF (Ethereum Fair) in Japanese yen equivalent on October 21, 2022. If there are Japanese yen deposits in the downloaded trade files for these dates and the deposit/withdrawal type is set to OTHER (入出金区分=その他), cryptact automatically processes them as profits.

If a transaction labeled as "Staking/Staking Fee" is included in the transaction history file and the transaction dates do not match, the following error message will be displayed when attempting to upload the file, preventing the upload:
"The file could not be processed due to an unknown reason. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us here." Our system does not support transaction records with differing transaction dates. Therefore, please delete the affected transactions and upload a file that includes only the remaining transactions. Additionally, directly editing a CSV file may cause corruption. If you need to edit the file, please refer to this guide.
Additionally, please record transactions related to "Staking" as follows:
For staking rewards, refer to "2-10 Staking Rewards."
For staking fees, refer to "2-13 Recording Losses"
3．Transactions Not Automatically Reflected
If you can identify the details of your transactions—such as by checking them on the exchange’s interface—please create a Custom File and enter the transactions yourself before uploading it.
