1．Our Support Status for Bitbank

*1 We only automatically handle transaction histories on the exchange. Other histories such as bonuses are not automatically supported. Regarding the Flare (FLR/Flare) airdrop, the necessary information is lacking in the transaction file, so automatic support is not provided. Please upload using the custom file (refer to section 2.8)."
*2 As for bitbank's lending service（貸して増やす）, the information 'when, which coin, and how many coins were received as interest income' is insufficient in the file downloaded from the exchange. Therefore, we are afraid that we don't support it currently.
*3 We supported on January 30, 2025. If you have already uploaded a custom file, please be aware that uploading the file again may result in duplicate entries.
2．Transactions Not Automatically Reflected via API or File
If you can identify the details of your transactions—such as by checking them on the exchange’s interface—please create a Custom File and enter the transactions yourself before uploading it.
