*1 Due to exchange API specifications, only spot trading history from around October 2022 onward is available. Also, h istory cannot be retrieved for delisted coin pairs.
*2 Regarding the Conversion History of Some Tokens to USDC
Sufficient information about which coins were converted to USDC is not provided via API transactions. Therefore, these conversions are not reflected through API integration. Please upload the swap history using a custom file. Please note that any conversions to USDC are not reflected via the API. The dates below are provided as examples.

・September 2, 2024, 00:00 (UTC) – March 1, 2025, 23:59 (UTC) (Refer to external site)
・October 29, 2024, 08:00 (GMT+8) – April 29, 2025, 07:59 (GMT+8) (Refer to external site)
*3 Due to the specifications of Binance's API, history prior to December 1, 2020 cannot be retrieved. And also retrieves only up to a maximum of 100 entries.
*4 Due to the specifications of Binance's API, history prior to May 9, 2021 cannot be retrieved.
*5 Regarding locked staking (Early Redemption), we have confirmed that if more than 100 locked staking or redemptions were made within a three-month period, the interest payment history to the exchange may not be reflected. If the history is not reflected, please use a custom file to upload it as a LOSS.
*6 Due to the specifications of Binance's API, history prior to May 8, 2021 cannot be retrieved.
*7 Due to the specifications of Binance's API, history prior to February 22, 2023 cannot be retrieved.
*8 Due to the specifications of Binance's API, some airdrop history is not distributed
*9 Due to the specifications of Binance's API, "Future transaction history (COIN-M)" can only be retrieved within the past 1 year.
*10 Due to exchange specifications, "Binance/Futures Transaction history (USDⓈ-M)" can only be retrieved within the past 3 months; please click "Sync" in the cryptact Binance API integration every 3 months to get the latest history.
*11 For borrow/repayment history of isolated margin, there is no downloadable transaction history file available. Therefore, you will need to enter the transactions using a custom file. How to record custom files: "2.12 Borrowing/Returning between individuals."
*12 Due to the specifications of Binance's API, history prior to August 1, 2021 cannot be retrieved.
*13 If the number of cases is extremely large, some histories may not be retrieved.
*14 Since February 28, 2025, Auto invest (Recurring) have been provided via the "Convert History (Exchange)" API. However, we have confirmed cases where these transactions are not reflected via the API for some customers. If this occurs, please upload the automatic purchase history using the exchange’s file instead. (For details about migration from Auto-Invest to Convert Recurring, please refer to this external site)
*15 Unfortunately, futures grid bot trading history is not reflected through API in cryptact, as exchanges do not provide identifiable history data that allows third parties to recognize such transactions.
We kindly ask that you upload the relevant history using a custom file. 2.11 Derivative Transactions
Additional note:
We confirmed that the PHB token migration is recorded in the Binance transaction records file. However, since the file does not include information about the new coins received from the migration, it cannot be processed automatically. Therefore, these transactions will not be reflected in cryptact even if the file is uploaded. Please add them manually using a custom file. Redenomination, reverse token split

If you can identify the details of your transactions—such as by checking them on the exchange’s interface—please create a Custom File and enter the transactions yourself before uploading it.
