How to Select a Pricing Plan

This page explains how to choose a pricing plan for cryptact.

1. Pricing Plan in cryptact

Our pricing plans are set based on factors such as the number of transactions per year and detailed settings. Additionally, with cryptact, fees are not incurred annually; a single payment allows you to calculate transactions for past years as well, provided you have an annual subscription.

2. Key Points for Choosing a Plan Plan

2.1 About Pricing Plans (Definition of Annual Transactions)

When uploading transactions from previous years, please select a plan based on the year with the highest number of transactions.

Transactions/year for the Pricing plan

Example:
You are considering using cryptact from 2024 and want to upload all transaction history from 2020 onwards. The number of transactions for each year is as follows:

2021: 1,000 transactions
2022: 200 transactions
2023: 2,000 transactions
2024: 150 transactions
In this case, choose the "Prime Plan" which allows you to upload up to 2,000 transactions per year, matching the highest number of transactions in 2023 (2,000 transactions).

If you do not know the number of transactions for each year in advance, or if the number of transactions is higher than expected, you can upgrade from your existing plan. The remaining days of your current plan will be discounted, and you will need to pay the difference to upgrade.

2.2 Email Support and Download Feature (Basic Plan and above)

Support via Email

Support via email is available for customers subscribed to a paid plan. Customers on the free plan are encouraged to use the Help Center.

Note: If you wish to receive support from the cryptact support desk, you can upgrade to a paid plan to access this service. However, for new requests, inquiries regarding contracts/accounts and pricing plans, as well as feedback on features, customers on the free plan can also receive support.

Download Feature

Regarding the tax filing for cryptocurrencies, it is understood that the declaration falls under miscellaneous income, and generally, no attachments are required. However, some users choose to print and attach the calculation results from cryptact, although this is optional. For detailed guidance, it is recommended to check with your local tax office. In general, no documents are required, and it depends on your discretion how much to attach.

2.3 Advanced Ledger Settings (Pro Plan and above)

Since the tax reform in April 2019, corporations are required to calculate the unrealized gains and losses on the cryptocurrencies they hold at the end of the fiscal year. By selecting "Year-end Mark-to-Market P&L" in the corporate settings, the unrealized gains and losses of the cryptocurrencies held at the fiscal year-end will be added to the annual profit and loss.
