This page explains how to pay with cryptocurrency, using Bitcoin as an example.
Temporary Suspension of "Cryptocurrency Settlement"
Until now, we supported Cryptocurrency settlement through BitPay. However, due to the termination of BitPay’s service for Japan, cryptocurrency payments from Japan and overseas will be temporarily unavailable starting December 2025.
We are currently considering alternative payment methods, but for the time being, available payment options will be Credit card and Bank transfer only.
Important Notes:
Please refrain from sending crypto directly from an exchange. Transfers from exchanges generally take longer to process, and due to exchange rate fluctuations during that time, you may be required to make an additional payment.
1. After logging in, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, and select either "Plan Details＆Billing" or "Upgrade your plan." (Depending on your plan usage, "Upgrade" may not be displayed.)
2. Click on "Upgrade".
3. Select the plan you wish to subscribe to.
4. Please select "Cryptocurrency" as the payment method. After confirming the payment amount, click "Continue to BitPay."
5. You will be transferred to BitPay screen. Choose your wallet and then choose the currency you want to pay with.
6. Enter your email address (you will receive payment receipt confirmation).
7. A QR code will be displayed on the screen. Scan it into your wallet and make the payment.
Please do not use exchange wallets for the payment. It may take a long time to send, and as a result, the rate may change and you may have to pay more.
8. Once you complete the payment in your wallet and the network detects the transaction, the "Success" screen will be displayed. Click the "Return to cryptact Ltd" button at the bottom and return to cryptact.
