1．Our Support Status for bitbank
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
Please refer to the following help page for the detailed status of supported transaction types.
Our Support Status for bitbank
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．How to get trade Trade / Margin History from bitbank
2-1．From Menu, select "データ"(Data)
2-2．
1. Select "約定履歴" (Trade History) from "データ"(Data).
2. Click download icon.
3. Select dates and click "抽出" (Export). ※You don't have to select the coin pairs if you would like to download the file with all the currency pairs included.
4. Click download icon.
If you have more than 500 lines of history
Please repeat step 2 to download multiple files for different periods.
When complete, upload the files in the order of the oldest period to the newest.
3．How to get Deposit / Withdrawal History from bitbank
Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect your profit and loss, so they are not needed for the calculation. For this reason, "Import asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals)" in the ledger settings is turned off by default (for users who migrated from Gtax, it is turned on by default).
However, withdrawal fees (send fees) are reflected in cryptact for both crypto and fiat currencies, regardless of whether the setting is on or off.
Turn this setting on only if you want deposits and withdrawals to be reflected in the transaction list. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

*JPY withdrawal fees are reflected as "send fees." Whether they affect your profit and loss depends on the "Expense transfer fees" ledger setting. For more details, please refer to the help page below.
How to Handle "Fees in Fiat Currency" during Deposits and Withdrawals
3-1．Crypto Deposit / Withdrawal History
1. From Menu, select "データ"(Data)
2. Select "Data" → "Deposit History" or "Withdrawal History" from the left-hand menu bar.
3. On the "暗号資産" (Crypto) tab, choose "All Coins," and then click "Download CSV."
*Deposit history and withdrawal history are separate files. If you have both, please download each of them.

Previously, it was necessary to download withdrawal history files for each coin individually. However, due to changes in the exchange's specifications, you can now download a single file containing the withdrawal history for "All Coins". Please note that the system no longer supports the previously provided coin-specific files. Therefore, we kindly ask you to download the new "All Coins" file and upload it to cryptact.
*Even if you have already uploaded coin-specific files to cryptact, uploading the new "All Coins" file will not result in duplicate records.
3-2．JPY Deposit / Withdrawal History
1. Select "Data" → "Deposit History" or "Withdrawal History" from the left-hand menu bar.
2. Select the "日本円" (JPY) tab and click "Download CSV."
*JPY deposit history and withdrawal history are also separate files. If you have both, please download each of them.
4．How to get Store History from bitbank
4-1. From Menu, select "データ"(Data)
4-2. Similarly, select "売買履歴" from "データ"(Data), and download CSV file.If you have more than 500 lines of history please refer to "(If you have more than 500 lines of history) in step 2" above, to download and upload all history in the same way.
5．How to get Lending History from bitbank
5-1. From "メニュー" (Menu) at the top right of the screen, select "かせぐ" (Earn) → "貸して増やす" (Lending).
5-2. On the "貸して増やす" (Lending) page, click any currency listed under "取り扱い暗号資産一覧" (Available Crypto Assets).
5-3. Under "履歴" (History), select the "期毎" (By Period) tab and click "CSVダウンロード" (Download CSV) on the right.
*If "選択通貨のみ表示" (Show selected currency only) is turned on, please turn it off so that the history of all currencies is displayed before downloading.
*Due to bitbank's specifications, up to 100 records can be downloaded as CSV.
6．Upload the bitbank file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
The transaction history and margin trading history from the exchange are recorded in the same file, but we have separate upload boxes for them. If you have experience with both types of transactions, please upload the file downloaded in Step 2 to both the 'Bitbank/Exchange Transaction History' and 'Bitbank/Exchange Margin Trading' upload boxes.
For the lending history file, please upload it to the 'Bitbank/Lending History' upload box.
For the deposit and withdrawal history files, please upload each file to the corresponding upload box (crypto or JPY, deposit or withdrawal).
