This help page explains how to download the transaction history file from Bitrue.

When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1．Our Support Status for Bitrue
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
- We don't support "farming", ”airdrop", "convert", "IEO" since they are not written on the files.
- We don't support "futures trading" at the moment.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．Caution
Bitrue limits the period of the history in one file to be 3 months.
If you have traded more than 3 months of histories, repeat to download files by changing the period in a download dialog less than 3 months, then upload them as "append" mode from the oldest file to the newest. When changing the period, please add 1 day of a safe margin between periods. For example, if you download from 2019/02/01 to 2019/04/1, the next download should start from 2019/03/30.
3．How to Get Trade History from Bitrue
1．Click Orders, and then choose Spot Orders.
2．Select Order History and then click export.
3．Select Trade History, choose a date range and then click OK to download the file.
4．How to Get Benefits history from Bitrue
There may have been a specification change on the exchange side, and as of May 2023, the download feature for transaction history is no longer available. Please upload it separately using a custom file on your own.
5．About Deposit and Withdrawal History from Bitrue
Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect your profit and loss, so they are not needed for the calculation. For this reason, "Import asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals)" in the ledger settings is turned off by default (for users who migrated from Gtax, it is turned on by default).
However, withdrawal fees (send fees) are reflected in cryptact regardless of whether the setting is on or off.
Turn this setting on only if you want deposits and withdrawals to be reflected in the transaction list. For more details, please refer to the help page below.
Settings: Import Asset Transfers (Deposits/Withdrawals)
cryptact supports Bitrue deposit history and withdrawal history files (upload them to the deposit and withdrawal history upload boxes). However, there may have been a specification change on the exchange side, and since May 2023 we have not been able to confirm how to download these files from the exchange screen.
If you cannot get the files, deposits, withdrawals and withdrawal fees (send fees) can be imported via API sync. For how to set up the API sync, please refer to the help page below.
How to get an API key for Bitrue
If you can download deposit or withdrawal history files from the exchange screen, please send screenshots of the steps to our support desk. We will check them and update this help page.
6．Upload the Bitrue File to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
