How to Delete or Exclude Transaction History All at Once (Bulk Action Feature)

This page introduces how to delete or exclude transaction history all at once from the screen.

As of December 2025, the Bulk Action Feature only supports “Exclude” and “Delete.”

1．What is the Bulk Action Feature?

The Bulk Action Feature allows you to ”Delete” or ”Exclude” transaction history displayed on the Transaction page all at once.

（1）Click the icon in the upper right corner, and the menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Click on each transaction you want to select. Selected transactions will be highlighted in blue.

Click “Select All on Page” to select every transaction displayed on the page. All selected transactions will be highlighted in blue.

Use Filters to narrow down transactions by Pair(coin type), Source (exchange name), Date, and more. You can also perform bulk action.

（3）Choose "Exclude" or "Delete"

What happens when you select “Exclude”?
All selected transaction records will be excluded.
What does “Exclude” mean?
Transactions are excluded from profit and loss calculations, but they remain visible in the transaction page. You can include them again in calculations later if needed.

How to Edit/Exclude/Delete transactions

You can include previously excluded transactions back into profit and loss calculations.

What happens when you select “Delete”?
All selected transaction records will be deleted.
What does “Delete” mean?
Transactions are removed from profit and loss calculations and will no longer appear in the transaction history list.
Deleted records cannot be restored.

How to Edit/Exclude/Delete transactions

When using the Bulk Action Feature feature, the Select All option may not apply to specific types of transaction histories. These include:

DeFi Transaction History
Transactions reflected by syncing your wallet address with cryptact.

Automatically Generated Transactions
Transactions created automatically by cryptact.
Automatically Generated Sale/Purchase of Crypto Fee from Previous Transaction
What is "Automatically generated sale for transfer fee in previous transaction"?
Transactions in a Data Locking year
Transactions that you have locked for a specific fiscal year.
