1-1．Types of transactions that can be retrieved
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.

Custom File for any other trades
1-2．Time period that can be retrieved
You can export up to 36 months of historical data.
If you have trading history older than 36 months, please upload those trades manually via "Custom Trades".
2．Caution
Each export is limited to a maximum of 3 months of data per request.
If you need data for a period longer than 3 months, please download it in multiple batches.
For security and consistency, we recommend including a 1-day overlap between each batch.
(For example, if you download data for 1/1–3/31, your next batch should cover 3/30–5/1.)
3．How to get trade history files from OKJ
1. After logging in, click "Assets", and then "Order Center".
2. Select "Historical Date(CSV)", click "取引口座履歴", then click "CSV作成(Generate CSV)".
3. Specify date range, tick the "振替を除く(Exclude transfers)" box, and click "作成(Generate)".
4．How to get Deposit/Withdrawal history files from OKJ
1. After logging in, click "Assets", and then "Order Center".
2. Select "Historical Date(CSV)", click "入出金口座履歴", then click "CSV作成(Generate CSV)".
3. Specify date range, tick the "振替を除く(Exclude transfers)" box, and click "作成(Generate)".
5．Upload the OKJ file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
