1.Our Support Status for BTC Markets
You can check the support status of API endpoints for exchanges on the ”Supported Exchanges & Blockchains” page.
If an exchange provides transaction history via API, we will automatically reflect that data. However, if the exchange does not supply certain information through API or if the provided files lack transaction details or are unclear, those transactions cannot be automatically imported. In such cases, please upload the transaction history manually using a Custom File.

1. Log in to your BTC Markets account.
2. Visit the 'Account' section from the main menu, select 'API Key' and click the 'Add new API key' button.
3. Name your API key and then select "Read only" for each function of the key.
4. Once you have reviewed the details of your keys, click the 'Submit' button, and enter your password or 2FA code to authorise the key's creation.
5. Your secret key will now appear on the screen. Important: Your secret is displayed only once upon its creation. Please ensure you safely copy and store the secret key. If you lose your secret or it has become compromised you can revoke the key's access at any time by clicking the 'Revoke API Key' button.
6. After safely storing your secret key, you can now access your public API key.
BTC Markets has been newly added to cryptact as a supported exchange, but it is currently in beta.
If you encounter any errors during API syncing in cryptact, please contact us via the Support button located at the bottom right of the screen.
3.How to add your BTC Markets API key to cryptact
Please select your exchange on the designated screen, enter your API key and secret key, then click "Submit" to initiate automatic API synchronization. If you conduct new transactions later, you'll need to manually click the "Sync" button to update your transaction history.
