When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1．Our Support Status for Hyperliquid
1.1 Types of transactions that can be retrieved
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
1.2 Time period that can be retrieved
Some users have reported that the downloadable trading history may be limited to a maximum of 10,000 entries. We recommend regularly downloading your history, and for any transactions that cannot be retrieved, please upload a Custom file to reflect them.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．How to get Trade history from Hyperliquid
1. Click "Connect" at the top right of the screen.
2. Connect your wallet.
3. Click "Trade History" ⇒ "Export as CSV" to download the file.
3．How to get Funding history from Hyperliquid
1. Click "Connect" at the top right of the screen.
2. Connect your wallet.
3. Click "Funding History" ⇒ "Export as CSV" to download the file.
4．How to get Staking Reward History from Hyperliquid
1. Click "Connect" at the top right of the screen.
2. Connect your wallet.
3. Open "Staking" from the menu at the top of the screen, select the "Staking Reward History" tab, and click "Export as CSV" to download the file.
*If you have screenshots of the screens used to download the staking rewards file, could you please share them with our customer support team? We will use them to update this help page.
*Please upload the downloaded file to the "HyperLiquid/Staking Rewards" upload box. Rewards are recorded as HYPE staking rewards (STAKING).
*When uploading, you can select the time zone of the dates in the file (UTC by default). Please check which time zone the dates in your file are written in before selecting it.
*The "Staking Action History" file (transfers to staking and delegations) is not supported. These are movements of your own assets, so you do not need to upload it.
5．Upload the Hyperliquid file to cryptact
After downloading the trade history, please upload it via the upload screen.
