1．Our Support Status for PointPay
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.

Trades Settled in Credit Card Not Supported
We do not support trades which are settled in credit cards. Please upload them separately as custom trades.

Regarding the reduction of crypto collateral refunds in Zaif Margin Trading and Zaif AirFX
In Zaif Margin Trading, if a loss occurs, the crypto collateral you provided may be reduced. We treat these as losses already realized through trading, and the reduction is processed simply by deducting the corresponding amount from your crypto balance.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．Caution
About password-protected ZIP files
We do not support password-protected ZIP files.Therefore, when uploading, please be sure to unzip the ZIP file using the password displayed at the time of download, and upload the CSV file contained within the folder.
3．How to get Spot Trade History from Zaif
1. After logging in, click "Account" at the top right.
2. Select "Various Serv", and then "Trading History CSV".
3. Click "Select other year", and select the earliest year.
4. When a zip file for type "Orderbook trading" becomes available, download it. Use the password displayed on the screen to unzip it.
5. (If you have multiple years of trade history) Please repeat step 3 and 4 to download CSV files for all years.
After downloading the files, please upload each file to the appropriate year section of cryptact's upload screen.
6. If the file size exceeds 20MB
Please zip each file individually. The maximum file size supported is 50MB before compression. Please note that we do not support password protected ZIP files.
4．How to get Margin Trade, AirFX/Futures History from Zaif
1. After logging in, click "Account" at the top right.
2. Select "Various Ser", and then "Trading History CSV"
3. Click "他の年を選択(Select Year)", and select the earliest year.
4. When a zip file for type "Margin Trading" becomes available, download it. Use the password displayed on the screen to unzip it. If you also have a zip file for type "AirFX/Futures" available, do the same.
5. (If you have multiple years of trade history) Please repeat step 3 and 4 to download CSV files for all years.
After downloading the files, please upload each file to the appropriate year section of cryptact's upload screen.
6. If the file size exceeds 20MB
Please zip each file individually. The maximum file size supported is 50MB before compression. Please note that we do not support password protected ZIP files.
5．How to get Negative Transaction Fee Bonus History from Zaif
*Cryptact processes JPY Bonus as CASH and BTC Bonus as BONUS.
1. After logging in, click "Account" at the top right.
2. Select "Bonus", then "Reveive Bonus". Click "csv download" at the bottom of the screen. The transactions displayed on the screen include transactions other than "Negative Transaction Fee Bonus", but please download the file as it is.
3. After downloading the CSV file, please upload it to "Zaif Negative Transaction Fee Bonus" section of the upload screen.
6．How to get Tips Received History from Zaif
Regarding the received tip transactions, we identified an issue where the price of the received cryptocurrency should have been referenced, but the transactions were reflected in cryptact with a price of 0 JPY. This issue has been fixed in the update released on March 5, 2026, and the correct price is now referenced. We apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please delete the relevant transactions once and re-upload the file to confirm that the price is now correctly reflected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please refer to the below diagram and select "Account" -> "User info/ID Verification" -> "Social" -> "Tip receive" -> "Receiving chip" -> "All", then click "CSV"
7．How to get Tips Paid History from Zaif
Similarly to Tips Received, go to "Tip receive", then select "sending chip" -> "all", then click "CSV"
8．Upload the Zaif File to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
*Please be sure to select the relevant year before uploading files for spot trades, margin trades, or AirFX.
