1. How to Subscribe to a Paid Plan
1. After logging in, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Plan&Billing" or "Upgrade your plan."
2. Please click "Upgrade."
3. Please select your desired plan.
4. Select your payment method, review your purchase details, and click "Proceed with payment."
If you have a coupon, you can enter the coupon code at this stage.
5. Please confirm that your plan has been updated.
2. How to Upgrade from One Paid Plan to Another Paid Plan
- You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference, with the remaining days of your current plan deducted.
- The deduction amount will vary depending on the number of days you've used your current plan. The deducted amount will be displayed at the time of the upgrade, so please review it.

3. Please select your desired plan to upgrade to.
4. Select your payment method, review your purchase details, and click "Proceed with payment."
If you have a coupon, you can enter the coupon code at this stage.
*The upgrade will take effect immediately by paying the difference, with the remaining days of your current plan deducted. A new one-year contract will begin from the day you upgrade.
5. Please confirm that your plan has been updated.
Example of upgrading from one paid plan to another:
Example 1:
Subscribed to the Basic Plan (¥6,600) on September 9, 2024.
Upgraded to the Prime Plan (¥22,000) on the same day.

Payment amount: ¥22,000 - ¥6,600 = ¥15,400
Example 2:
Subscribed to the Basic Plan (¥6,600) on September 9, 2024.
Upgraded to the Prime Plan (¥22,000) on October 9, 2024.

Payment amount: ¥22,000 - (¥6,600 × 333/365) = ¥15,978 (rounded down to the nearest yen)
Since you used the trial plan for 32 days, the remaining contract period for the trial plan is 333 days.
3. How to Downgrade from One Paid Plan to Another Paid Plan
- If you proceed with the downgrade, it will automatically take effect after the expiration of your current plan.
- Please note that if auto-renewal is enabled, your current plan will be automatically renewed unless you complete the downgrade process before the day prior to the renewal date.
- For details regarding the retention of transaction history data when downgrading, please refer to "Data retention policy after changing subscription."

6. Please confirm that the downgrade has been set. You can cancel the downgrade at any time by selecting "Cancel plan downgrade."
