How to get trade history from crypto.com

The following is a guide on how to download the trading history file from crypto.com.

【For those who have completed the file download.】

When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1．Our Support Status for crypto.com

1.1 Types of transactions that can be retrieved

You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details. 

 

1.2 Time period that can be retrieved

According to Crypto.com, transaction history from November 1, 2022, onward can be downloaded. While it is an external site, please refer to this page for details on the available history period.

 

If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.

2．How to get Spot trade history from crypto.com

１．After logging in, click on "Spot" in "Orders" tab and select "Order History" and click on "Export History".


２．Select "Spot Wallet -Order History" in Transaction Type, select the Date and click on "Export to CSV". 

 

3．How to get Margin history from crypto.com

１．After logging in, click on "Margin" in "Orders" tab and select "Order History" and click on "Export History".


２．Select "Margin Wallet -Order History" in Transaction Type ,select the Date and click on  "Export to CSV". 



4．How to get Withdrawal history from crypto.com

Note: Only the withdrawal fees recorded in the file are reflected.
How to Handle Transfer (Deposit/Withdrawal) Between Accounts

１．After logging in, click on "Spot" in "Wallets" tab and select "Transaction History" and click on "Export History".


２．Select "Withdrawals" in Transaction Type, select the Date, check in "Select All" in Currency and click on  "Export to CSV". 

 

5．Upload the crypto.com file to cryptact

Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
