1. Our Support Status for Indodax
You can check the file types supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" screen (click the exchange).
Transactions that are recorded in the files downloaded with the method below, and whose details can be identified by cryptact (a third party), are reflected in cryptact automatically. However, due to the exchange's specifications, transactions not recorded in the file or with unclear details cannot be reflected automatically. For transaction history not supported by either the API or the files, please upload it with a custom file.

2. How to get the transaction history (Download Archive) from Indodax
cryptact supports the monthly files (CSV) that you can download from "Download Archive". Please note that these are different from the files you can download with "Export to CSV" on the history screen.
"Download Archive" is only available on the Indodax website (not in the app). The file for the previous month becomes available on or after the 10th or 11th of the following month (according to the Indodax help center).
1. Log in to the Indodax website and click "Menu" → "History".
2. Open the "Ledger" tab and click "Download Archive".
3. Select the month and year you want to download and click "Download".
4. Repeat step 3 for every month in which you made transactions.

3. Upload the Indodax file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
Upload the downloaded files to Indodax/Transaction Archive, starting from the oldest month.
