This page explains how to export your transaction history from the Ledger app, Ledger Wallet (formerly Ledger Live), and upload it to cryptact.

1. Our Support Status for Ledger
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
【If you have linked your wallet address】
If you upload the Ledger transaction history file and also link the same wallet address so that its history is reflected in the DeFi transaction list, the same transactions will be registered twice. Please be careful not to import the same transactions through both the file and the wallet address link.

If the file downloaded by the method below contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of the wallet, transactions that are not recorded in the file or whose content is unclear cannot be processed automatically. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.

2. How to export transaction history from Ledger Wallet (formerly Ledger Live)
Open the Ledger Wallet desktop app and export your transaction history as a CSV file with the following steps.
- Update Ledger Wallet to the latest version and open it.
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner and open Settings (gear icon).
- In Settings, go to Help and select Clear to clear the cache (this ensures your account data is synced with the blockchain).
- Select Transactions in the top right corner, then click Export.
- Select the accounts you want to export (or choose Select all), then click Export history.
- Choose where to save the file and click Save. A CSV file (example file name: ledgerlive-operations-DATE.csv) will be downloaded.
* In older versions of Ledger Live, the export is under Settings > Accounts > Operation history > Save.
* Please upload the downloaded file as is, without editing it.
* DeFi operations made outside Ledger Wallet (for example via WalletConnect) are not included in this file. If you have such transactions, please link your wallet address or register them with a custom file.

3. Upload the Ledger file to cryptact
Select "Ledger" from the exchange list on this screen and upload the file to the transaction history upload box.
If you exported the history of multiple accounts (currencies) into a single file, you can upload that single file as is.
