This page explains how to download the transaction history files for NEM (XEM) — the harvest history and the deposit/withdrawal history. You check your NEM address in "Nano Wallet", then export the files from the community web tool "XEMTax-XEM version".

When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1.Our Support Status
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2.How to check your NEM address
1.Log in to "Nano Wallet".
2.After logging in, select "アカウント (Account)" at the top right of the screen.
3.Copy the NEM address shown in the "アドレス (Address)" field.
3.How to get harvest history
1.Open "XEMTax-XEM version". A prompt to enter your NEM address appears; paste the address you copied.
2.Wait for the history to load. When "さらに読み込む (Read More)" appears, click it repeatedly until it no longer appears, so that all history is loaded.
3.In the "ハーベスト (Harvest)" section, click "CSVダウンロード (Download CSV)". (File name: harvests.csv)
4.How to get deposit/withdrawal history
1.On the same "XEMTax-XEM version" screen, in the "入出金履歴 (Deposits/withdrawals)" section, click "さらに読み込む (Read More)" until it no longer appears, so that all history is loaded.
2.In the "入出金履歴 (Deposits/withdrawals)" section, click "CSVダウンロード (Download CSV)". (File name: tran_history.csv)
5.Upload the files to cryptact
From this screen, select the exchange "NemWallet" and upload each file to its corresponding upload box.
- Deposit/withdrawal history (tran_history.csv) → "NemWallet/Transfers" box
- Harvest history (harvests.csv) → "NemWallet/Harvests" box
