1．Our Support Status for Zebpay
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.

Regarding token migrations, even if you upload a file, the following swap histories will not be reflected in cryptact due to current system specifications.

Since the National Tax Agency has not yet provided clear guidance on how to treat rebranding, we are currently unable to support this automatically. You will need to upload the transaction manually using a custom file. As far as we understand, there is no change in unit quantity. However, for reference, please review how to record transactions in the case of redenomination:
2.19 Redenomination (change in the currency unit)
With regard to Consolidated Account Statement file, since the transaction type “CryptoPack Buy” does not include the transaction price in the file, cryptact refers to market prices for the calculation.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a custom file.
2．Caution
At cryptact, we support two types of files: “Consolidated Account Statement” and “Trade.”
Currently, since the “Consolidated Account Statement” file already includes trade history (Trades), only one of the two files can be uploaded in order to prevent double counting. Please download and use either one of these files.
In addition, while the “Consolidated Account Statement” file mainly supports trade history (Trades), it may also contain other types of history that are not yet supported. In such cases, an error may occur when you upload the file. If this happens, please send the file to our support team so that we can check whether the relevant history can be supported.
3．How to get trade history from Zebpay
3-1．Consolidated Account Statement
1．After logging in Zebpay, click the "profile icon".
2．Click on "Statements".
3．Check "Consolidated Account statement" and click on "SUBMIT".
3-2．Trade
1．After logging in Zebpay, click the "profile icon".
2．Click on "Statements".
3．Check "Trade" and click on "SUBMIT".
