How to download trade history from Cygnos

This page explains how to get trade history from Cygnos.

【For those who have completed the file download.】

When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

Precautions for when uploading an exchange file

1. How to download "取引履歴"(Trade History)

After loggin in, select "取引履歴"(Trade History) from the menu on the left side. Click "CSVダウンロード"(Download as CSV) in Trade History screen.

2. Upload trade history from Cygnos

Upload the CSV files via the Upload screen without opening them.
*Please upload them in order starting from the oldest month.
