This page explains how to get trade history from Daedalus Wallet.
We have confirmed that there has been a change at the Exchange regarding the Daedalus download file.
We have checked the file in the new format and found that it does not include the transaction date and time, so we are currently unable to automatically accommodate this change.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to upload the file as a custom transaction yourself.
Once you have created a custom file, please upload it from the upload screen.
If you are unsure about your transaction details, we believe it can be handled in a similar manner to how we process cases where the exchange has been closed.
