This page explains how to import your XYM (Symbol) transaction history into XYMWallet on cryptact.
The XYM transaction history file cannot be exported from the wallet app. Use the web tool "XEMTax(β)", where you enter your own Symbol address to generate the history files. Obtain the two types of files—deposit/withdrawal history and harvesting history—and upload them on the XYMWallet screen in cryptact.

When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1．Our support status for automatic import
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. (Please click on the relevant exchange.)
Transactions that are recorded in a file downloaded using the methods below, and whose content cryptact (a third party) can interpret, are automatically reflected in cryptact. However, due to the specifications of the exchange, transactions that are not recorded in the file, or whose content is unclear, cannot be reflected automatically. Therefore, for transaction history that is supported by neither API nor file upload, we kindly ask you to upload it using a Custom File.

2．How to get harvesting history (for XYMWallet/Harvests)
The file obtained here is uploaded to the "XYMWallet/Harvests" upload box on cryptact.
1．Open "XEMTax(β)"; a form to enter your Symbol address appears, so enter your own address.
2. Wait for the history to load. Once the history is displayed, if "さらに読み込む (Load more)" appears, click it. Keep clicking repeatedly until "さらに読み込む (Load more)" no longer appears, so that all history is loaded.
3. Click "CSVダウンロード (Download CSV)" in the "レシート (Receipt)" section to download.
Please make sure the downloaded file name is "target_receipt.csv".
XEMTax(β) also outputs "sender_receipt.csv", but this file is not supported by cryptact, so please do not upload it. Because the two files have the same format, mixing them up will result in incorrect calculations.
3．How to get deposit and withdrawal history (for XYMWallet/Transfers)
The file obtained here is uploaded to the "XYMWallet/Transfers" upload box on cryptact.
1.Open "XEMTax(β)"; a form to enter your Symbol address appears, so enter your own address.
2. Below where "トランザクション (Transactions)" is displayed, the file to be downloaded will contain the transactions shown, so click "さらに読み込む (Load more)" until the transactions you want to reflect are displayed. Then click "CSVダウンロード (Download CSV)". The download will start.
Once the download is complete, check the file's data and save it.

5. Upload the files to XYMWallet on cryptact
From this screen, select "XYMWallet" and upload each file to the corresponding upload box according to its type.
- XYMWallet/Harvests: the file obtained in "2．How to get harvesting history" (target_receipt.csv)
- XYMWallet/Transfers: the file obtained in "3．How to get deposit and withdrawal history" (transfer.csv)
XEMTax(β) outputs files in the time zone of your device. When uploading, please select the same time zone as the file.
