This help page explains the causes and solutions for "Unclassified - Others."

Case 1: Selecting "Swap/NFT Trade" for a transaction that only involves either a deposit or a withdrawal
Solution:
Currently, we do not offer a feature that links deposits and withdrawals across multiple transactions on the screen to recognize them as a "Swap/NFT Trade." If you wish to have a transaction with separate deposit and withdrawal recognized as a "Swap/NFT trade," please create a custom file separately.
In that case, please select "Fee only" for the relevant transaction in the DeFi transaction list.
You can download a sample of the custom file from the following help page. Once you've filled out the transaction details according to the example, please upload it to the custom file upload box.

Case 2: A transaction type unrelated to the history has been selected despite it being a bridge transaction.
Solution:
Please double check that your transaction history is indeed a bridge transaction. First, note that there are no specific rules regarding bridges, and we handle the coins before and after the bridge as the same coin. Therefore, in the DeFi transaction list, please select "Fee only" for the transaction type. Selecting "Fee only" will remove the deposit and withdrawal history from profit and loss calculations. However, if any fees are incurred, only the fees will be processed as DEFIFEE (which will always be deducted as a loss).
If the coin amount decreases due to the bridge, please add the transaction history for the decreased amount using a custom file. Since there are no strict rules regarding whether losses can be recorded for the decreased coins, we leave it to your discretion on how to handle this. If you wish to record the loss, please select "LOSS" for the transaction type. If you only want to reduce the number of coins, please select "REDUCE."
Additionally, if you want to recognize the coin after the bridge as a different coin, you can upload a custom transaction by recognizing the post-bridge coin as a custom coin. Please refer to the following for instructions on how to create a custom coin.
