1.Our Support Status for gate.io
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
- The acquisition history of POINT that can be used for trading fees, etc., on gate.io is not included in the automatically processed file, so it is not handled automatically. Please upload the acquisition history separately using a custom file.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2.Caution
We have confirmed that the history file obtainable from the "How to Download Spot Trading History" does not include records of partial fills. If you have experienced partial fills, please obtain the history file from the "Batch Download" option.
3.How to get Spot trade history from gate.io
1. Log in and select "Spot Orders" from the "Order" tab at the top right.
2.Click on "Trade History" under "Spot Orders," specify the date, and click "Download."
4.How to get Spot trade history from gate.io(Batch)
The download format has been changed to ZIP format. If you are using Windows, please use a popular compression software such as "7-Zip" ( https://7-zip.opensource.jp/ ).
How to Extract the File:
- Right-click on the file you want to extract.
- In the right-click menu, select "7-Zip".
- When the menu expands, click "Extract...".
- Check the extraction destination. To specify a different location, click the "..." button next to the "Extract to" field.
- Click "OK", and the file will be extracted.

3. Specify the period and click "Submit Application." Once the status changes to "Export Completed," click to download.
* The exportable period is limited to 90 days. If you have transaction history exceeding 90 days, please export it in segments within the 90-day limit.

1. Log in and select "Pilot Orders" from the "Order" tab at the top right.
2. Click on "Trade History" under "Pilot Orders," specify the date, and click "Download."
6.How to get Pilot trade history from gate.io(Batch)
At this time, we do not support Pilot Transaction History (Batch) files. If you have a Pilot Transaction History (Batch) file, please send it to our support team. We will check whether it can be processed automatically.
