1．Our Support Status for gate.io
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
- The acquisition history of POINT that can be used for trading fees, etc., on gate.io is not included in the automatically processed file, so it is not handled automatically. Please upload the acquisition history separately using a custom file.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．Caution
We have confirmed that the history file obtainable from the "How to Download Spot Trading History" does not include records of partial fills. If you have experienced partial fills, please obtain the history file from the "Batch Download" option.
3．How to get Spot trade history from gate.io
1. Log in and select "Spot Orders" from the "Order" tab at the top right.
2．Click on "Trade History" under "Spot Orders," specify the date, and click "Download."
4．How to get Spot trade history from gate.io（Batch）
The download format has been changed to ZIP format. If you are using Windows, please use a popular compression software such as "7-Zip" ( https://7-zip.opensource.jp/ ).
How to Extract the File:
- Right-click on the file you want to extract.
- In the right-click menu, select "7-Zip".
- When the menu expands, click "Extract...".
- Check the extraction destination. To specify a different location, click the "..." button next to the "Extract to" field.
- Click "OK", and the file will be extracted.
1. Log in and select "Spot Orders" from the "Order" tab at the top right.
2. Click on "Trade History" under "Spot Orders," specify the date, and click "Batch Download."
3. Specify the period and click "Submit Application." Once the status changes to "Export Completed," click to download.
* The exportable period is limited to 90 days. If you have transaction history exceeding 90 days, please export it in segments within the 90-day limit.
5．How to get Pilot trade history from gate.io
1. Log in and select "Pilot Orders" from the "Order" tab at the top right.
2. Click on "Trade History" under "Pilot Orders," specify the date, and click "Download."
6．How to get Pilot trade history from gate.io（Batch）
At this time, we do not support Pilot Transaction History (Batch) files. If you have a Pilot Transaction History (Batch) file, please send it to our support team. We will check whether it can be processed automatically.

7．How to get Deposit and Withdrawal history from gate.io
Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect your profit and loss, so they are not needed for the calculation. For this reason, "Import asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals)" in the ledger settings is turned off by default (for users who migrated from Gtax, it is turned on by default).
However, withdrawal fees (send fees) are reflected in cryptact regardless of whether the setting is on or off.
Turn this setting on only if you want deposits and withdrawals to be reflected in the transaction list. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

*The account book (mypurselog) does not import deposits or withdrawals. Please use the deposit history and withdrawal history files for them.
Download the deposit history and the withdrawal history separately with the steps below (only the tab you select in step 2 is different).
1. Log in and select “Assets” at the top right.
2. Click “Deposits & Withdrawals” on the menu screen, select the “Deposit” tab for deposit history or the “Withdrawal” tab for withdrawal history, specify the period, and then click “Download.”
8．How to get the Account Book (mypurselog) from gate.io
From this file, rewards, rebates, interest and similar entries are reflected as a bonus (BONUS), liquidation fees and similar entries as a loss (LOSS), and dust swaps as exchanges. Quick buy/sell and staking swaps are also reflected as exchanges, and interest received on Earn redemptions and coins granted via snapshots (e.g. hard forks) as a bonus (BONUS). English-language files are also supported.
Trades, trading fees, deposits and withdrawals are not imported from this file, so please also upload the files in sections 3 to 7. Files containing "Startup" entries, adding/removing liquidity (Add/Remove liquidity), or snapshots that change the unit of the same coin (redenomination) currently result in an upload error.
*The screenshots below show the Japanese screen.
1. Log in, click “Assets” at the top right, and then click “Transaction History” (“取引”).
2. On the “Spot” tab, click “Request batch data” (“一括でデータを要求”) at the top right.
3. Specify the period and "submit application". When the status changes to export completed (“エクスポートが完了”), click it to download the file.
*You can export up to 180 days at a time. If your history is longer than 180 days, please export it in several periods of 180 days or less.
*The downloaded file is a gz file. Please extract it and upload the CSV file.
9．How to get Futures (Perpetual) history from gate.io
From this file, perpetual futures profit and loss ("損益", "利益&損失"), funding fees ("資金調達") and fees ("手数料", "取引手数料") are reflected as Margin/Gain (MARGINGAIN) when positive and Margin/Loss (MARGINLOSS) when negative. Transfers, deposits/withdrawals, position bonus transfers and futures trial funds are excluded from the calculation.
*Currently, files downloaded with the display language set to Japanese are supported.

1. Log in, click “Assets” at the top right, and then click “Transaction History” (“取引”).
2. On the “Futures” tab (“先物取引ペア”), select “Perpetual” (“無期限”), choose the settlement currency (“決済通貨”: USDT, USD or BTC), set the filter to “All” (“全て”), specify the period and click “Filter” (“フィルター”). Then click “Download” (“ダウンロード”) at the top right.
*If there is a limit on the period you can specify at a time, please download the history in several periods and upload the files starting from the oldest.
10．Upload the gate.io file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
Upload the deposit history, withdrawal history, account book (mypurselog) and futures (perpetual) history to the following upload boxes.
- Deposit history: Gate.io/Deposits
- Withdrawal history: Gate.io/Withdrawals
- Account book (mypurselog): Gate.io/Account Book
- Futures (perpetual) history: Gate.io/Futures (Perpetual)
