How to Upload a Exchange Files Correctly

1.Our Support Status for CoinEx

You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.

  • About the “system” or “システム” transaction type
If the transaction history file contains entries labeled as “system” or “システム” in the transaction type field, the file cannot be uploaded and will result in an error.
These types are used for various transactions, and it is not possible for a third party to determine the exact details based on the file alone. If necessary, please upload these transactions manually using a custom file. If the file contains other valid transactions, please delete the “system” rows and try uploading the file again. (see this page for how to edit the CSV file)

  • About “Dibs Subscription” and “Dibs Refund” transaction types
Transactions labeled as “Dibs Subscription” and “Dibs Refund” will not be processed even if included in an uploaded file.
In the case of a successful Dibs Subscription, the acquired coins are recorded as a separate entry, and cryptact cannot automatically link the two lines as a single transaction. If you received coins from a winning Dibs Subscription, please upload the record separately using the custom file format provided below.

  • About "SWAP" in the Asset history file
"Swap" transactions are usually recorded in two rows and processed as one in cryptact. If only one row exists or the two rows can't be matched, the system cannot recognize it and an error will occur. Please remove the problematic entries and upload the rest. If the removed entries are crypto-to-crypto swaps, you can add them using a custom file.

  • About "Flexible Savings" File
For the Financial history file of Flexible Savings, the Asset Change column shows the combined amount of “Principal + Interest.” Since third parties cannot identify the breakdown, this process is not automated.
Depositing and withdrawing the principal does not affect your profit or loss, so you do not need to reflect it in cryptact. However, any interest (rewards) you receive should be uploaded manually using a Custom File as either BONUS or STAKING.
Received coins by bonus, campaign, or AirDrop
    Staking reward

*The calculation method is the same for both BONUS and STAKING (profit is recognized at the market value at the time of receipt). The only difference is how it appears in the transaction list: “Bonus” or “Staking Income.”

If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
