When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1．Our Support Status for HitBTC
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．How to get trade history from HitBTC
1. Click "Reports" .
2. Click "My Trades" within the "Spot" tab.
3. Choose "All" at two places, and click "Export as .csv".
Please choose "UTC" in your settings before downloading files.
3．How to get deposit and withdrawal history from HitBTC
Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect your profit and loss, so they are not needed for the calculation. For this reason, "Import asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals)" in the ledger settings is turned off by default (for users who migrated from Gtax, it is turned on by default).
However, withdrawal fees (send fees) are reflected in cryptact regardless of whether the setting is on or off.
Turn this setting on only if you want deposits and withdrawals to be reflected in the transaction list. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

*"Transfer from spot to wallet" and "Transfer from wallet to spot" rows (transfers between your own Spot and Wallet accounts) are not imported.
1. Click "Reports".
2. Click "Transactions History" under "Wallet" in the left menu, select "All" for "Currency" and for the period, and click "Export .csv".
Please choose "UTC" in your settings before downloading files.
4．Upload the HitBTC file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
Please upload the deposit/withdrawal history (Transactions History) file to the deposit/withdrawal history upload box.
