1.Our Support Status for YouHodler
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details. Also, please note that the file may not contain the history of partial fills.
Transaction Type: Spent
“Spent” is used across multiple transaction scenarios, making it difficult for third parties to determine the exact nature of the transaction. Therefore, it is not reflected even if the file is uploaded. If it affects your P/L, please report it using a custom file. Custom File for Any Other Trades
Transaction Type: Token Burnt
This is understood as a record where bonus coins in YouHodler expired without being used. As this does not affect your profit/loss, it will not be reflected even if the file is uploaded.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2.How to get trade history from YouHodler
1．After logging in, click ‘Export’ on the ‘Transactions’ screen.
2．On the ‘Filters’ screen, select the options below and click ‘Apply’.
・Period: Select any desired period.
・Transactions: Select ‘All’.
・Your assets: Check all coins.
3．On the ‘Export Transactions’ screen, select the file format (XLSX/CSV supported) and export the file.
3.Upload the YouHodler file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
