1-1. Downloading Files from the App

According to CoinSpot's help page, you currently cannot view or download transaction history and deposit/withdrawal history CSV files from the CoinSpot app. (As of August 15th, 2024)

If you want to download the CSV files, please access the CoinSpot page from a PC, or open the CoinSpot page in a web browser if you are using a smartphone or tablet.

1-2. Regarding NFT Transaction History

We have confirmed that the history of NFT transactions is recorded in both the "Buys/Sells" and "Sends/Receives" files. The NFT history from the "Buys/Sells" file will be reflected. However, the "Sends/Receives" file does not include transaction details that can be identified by a third party. As a result, we do not reflect the NFT history from the "Sends/Receives" file. If you want to include the NFT history from the "Sends/Receives" file as well, please upload the history as a custom file yourself.
