When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1．Our Support Status for CoinSpot
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.

About NFT transaction
We have confirmed that NFT transaction history is recorded in both the “Buys/Sells” and “Sends/Receives” files. While NFTs purchased and sold (from the “Buys/Sells” file) are automatically reflected, the “Sends/Receives” file lacks detailed transaction information that is recognizable by third parties. As a result, our system does **not** reflect NFT history from the “Sends/Receives” file. If you’d like those transactions to be included, please upload the “Sends/Receives” data as a Custom File containing the full relevant history.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．How to download using the app
- Tap on the Account Menu Icon.
- Then select "Order History".
- Your entire order history, including both "Buys/Sells" and "Sends/Receives".
To locate certain transactions, filter this via the start & end date, transaction type or market. - Click "Reports".
- To locate and download your EOFY statements, select "EOFY Statements".
Click on "Buys/Sells" and "Sends/Receives" to download the CSV files. - Click on "EOFY Statements", you can select a quarterly statement or EOFY Statement to download.
3．How to get Buys/Sells history from CoinSpot
Click on the profile icon and select "ORDER HISTORY".
Then, click on Buy/Sells CSV to download the transaction history file.
4．How to get Sends/Receives from CoinSpot
Click on the profile icon and select "ORDER HISTORY".
Then, click on Sends/Receives CSV to download the transaction history file.
5．Upload the CoinSpot file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
