1.1 What are unsupported trade types?
If a transaction type* that is not supported by cryptact is listed in the transaction type field of the file, a message is displayed as an unsupported transaction type.
* When a new transaction type is added on the exchange side, we will need a sample file from users to confirm how it should be processed. Cryptact will check the contents of the sample file before deciding how it should be processed by cryptact and will respond to the customer sequentially.

Ex1: Transaction type item was not supported.

Please send us the relevant file by clicking the "Support" button at the bottom right of the Help Center screen. We will then check to see if we can automatically respond to the type of transaction in question, so please explain in detail in the e-mail what type of transaction it was.
(1) Please explain in detail what kind of transaction it was. (ex. received as bonus compensation from an exchange)
(2) Did it affect your profit/loss? (ex. your profit/loss was affected because you received the bonus compensation)
Ex2:The transaction type field was blank

Solution
Cryptact automatically responds to transactions where the type of transaction can be determined from the transaction type, such as "BUY" for a buy transaction, "SELL" for a sell transaction, etc. If the transaction type is left blank, it is difficult for a third party to determine what type of transaction it represents, Please note that if the transaction type is left blank, it is difficult for a third party to determine what type of transaction it was, and therefore, we are unable to automatically respond to such transactions at this time. Please delete the transaction history with a blank transaction type from the file and upload the file containing the remaining history. Please note that editing CSV files as is may result in file corruption, so please be sure to check the help page below before editing.
How to resolve”If you opened or resaved your file, you may not be able to upload”
If the transaction history with a blank transaction type means that the transaction history has an impact on your profit/loss, please upload it separately as a custom file.
Custom File for any other trades
Ex3:The "Other/その他" was listed in the Transaction Type section. There was no supplementary information or other information about the "Other" transaction in the remarks column.

Solution
Cryptact automatically responds to transactions where the type of transaction can be determined from the description of the transaction type, such as "BUY" for a BUY transaction and "SELL" for a SELL transaction. If the transaction type is "Other" and there is no description in the remarks column, it is difficult for a third party to determine what kind of transaction it is. Please delete the transaction history with "Other" as the transaction type from the file and upload the file containing the remaining history. Please note that editing the CSV file as is may result in file corruption, so please be sure to check the help page below before editing the file.

If an unexpected value is entered, a message is displayed as an invalid value.
2.2 Examples and Solutions
Ex1:The "Fee" section usually lists the number of currency pieces paid in fees, but when I downloaded the file from the exchange, it listed something other than the number of pieces.
