How to solve the problem of custom file upload error

1. Unsupported trade type is detected

1.1 What are unsupported trade types?

If a transaction type not supported by cryptact is entered in column B (Action) of the custom file, a message is displayed as an unsupported transaction type.

 

1.2 Examples and Solutions

Ex1:If a type other than the corresponding transaction type of cryptact is entered in Column B (Action) of the custom file

SEND * in the following cases.

* Cryptact does not support a transaction type called SEND.

Ex2:If column B (Action) of the custom file is left blank

Solution

In column B (Action) of the custom file, please enter the type of transaction that is supported by cryptact. (This field is required.) Please refer to the help page below to learn more about the types of transactions and how they are processed for profit and loss recognition.

2. Invalid data is detected

2.1 What is an invalid value?

If an unexpected value is entered, a message is displayed as an invalid value.

 

2.2 Example and Solution

Ex1:If a non-numeric entry is made in column H (Fee) of the custom file

Solution

In column H (Fee), please list the amount (positions), not the currency name of the fee paid for the transaction. If no fee was charged, please enter "0".

 

Ex2:If column H (Fee) in the custom file is left blank

Solution

For custom files, all fields except "Comments" are required, so be sure to enter column H (Fee) as well. If there is no fee, please enter "0".

 

Ex3:If the same currency name is entered in Column D (Base) and Column G (Counter)

Solution

The Base currency and the Counter currency must be different currencies. Please double check the currency name.

 

 

3. Invalid coin symbol

3.1 What is an invalid coin symbol?

If a coin created with a custom file is an unsupported coin on cryptact, a message will be displayed indicating an invalid coin symbol.

 

3.2 Examples and solutions

 
Ex 1: If the coin created with a custom file contains lowercase letters.

Solution

Even for coins supported by cryptact, if lowercase letters are included, they will be recognized as an invalid coin symbol. Therefore, please enter the base currency in uppercase letters.

 

Ex 2: If the coin created with a custom file is an unsupported coin on cryptact.

Solution

First, please check here to confirm if the coin is supported by cryptact. If it is not a supported coin, please create a custom coin. For more details, please refer to the "Entering the Base Currency" section on the help page below.
