1.Our Support Status for INX
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2.How to get trade history from INX
Regarding security tokens (STOs):
Since security tokens (STO) are treated as securities, they are generally handled separately from regular crypto asset tax calculations. In addition, for Japanese residents who trade STOs registered with the SEC, the National Tax Agency has not published any clear guidance on how gains or losses should be calculated. Therefore, you would need to handle them based on the existing tax framework, and they would most likely fall under the category of capital gains on securities (separate self-assessment taxation).
In this case, for example, if you purchase INX using USDT, you may need to calculate the acquisition of INX and the disposal of USDT separately.
Because matters related to STOs can be highly case-specific, we kindly ask that you consult your local tax office or a certified tax accountant for further guidance.
Since INX does not allow you to download the transaction history file, you will need to contact the INX support center yourself and send the file to us.
Only files with the following headers are automatically supported. Please be sure to check that the headers of the files you receive are correct.
