【Closed】
BKEX suspended withdrawals in May 2023 and its exchange website has since been closed, so files can no longer be obtained.
If you have files you obtained previously, you can upload files in the formats described on this page. If you know the details of your trades, please manually enter them into a custom file and upload it.

1.Our Support Status for BKEX
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2.How to get Trade History from BKEX
BKEX does not allow you to download the transaction history file, and you previously had to contact the BKEX support center to obtain it. As BKEX has been closed, new files can no longer be obtained.
If you have files you obtained previously, only files with the following headers (in Chinese) are automatically supported. Please be sure to check that the header of your file is correct.
*The files are in Excel format, not CSV.
▼Spot Trade History
▼Contract History
▼Fund Account (deposits / withdrawals)
Fund account files (files where the "账户类型" column is "fund account") are also supported. Please upload them to the "BKEX/Fund account" upload box on the upload screen. Deposits and withdrawals are reflected, but withdrawal fees (send fees) are not, because the file does not include them.
Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect your profit and loss, so "Import asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals)" in the ledger settings is turned off by default (on by default for users who migrated from Gtax). Turn this setting on only if you want deposits and withdrawals to be reflected in the transaction list.
Settings: Import Asset Transfers (Deposits/Withdrawals)
3.Upload the BKEX file to cryptact
Select the exchange from this screen and upload the file to the corresponding upload box.
