How to get trade history from BKEX

This page explains how to get trade history file from BKEX.

【For those who have completed the file download.】

When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

Precautions for when uploading an exchange file

1.  How to download trade history

Since BKEX does not allow you to download the transaction history file, you will need to contact the BKEX support center yourself and send the file to us.

１．Log in to BKEX and click on “Customer Service” at the bottom.

２．Send a message asking for a file of transaction history.

Only files with the following headers (in Chinese) are automatically supported. Please be sure to check that the header of the file you receive is correct.
*The file you receive is in Excel format, not CSV.

2. Upload trade history from BKEX

After the files sent to you please upload it via upload screen.
