1．Our Support Status for Phemex
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．How to get Spot Trade History from Phemex
１．After logging in, click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click "History Order" and "Spot".
２．Click on "Trade History" and click on "Generate History Report".
3．Select the period and "Symbol" as "All".
Click the "Generate" button and after a while the "Download" button will appear.
3．How to get Closed PNL history from Phemex
１．After logging in, click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click "History Order" and "Futures".
２．Click on "PNL Details" and "Closed PNL" and then click "Generate Futures Trading Closed PNL Report".
３．Select the period and "Symbol" as "All".
Click the "Generate" button and after a while the "Download" button will appear.
4．How to get Withdrawal history from Phemex
１．After logging in, click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click "History Order" and "Deposit/Withdraw".
２．Click on "Withdraw" and click on "Generate Withdrawals Report".
３．Select the period and "Symbol" as "All".
Click the "Generate" button and after a while the "Download" button will appear.
5．How to get Conversion history from Phemex
１．After logging in, click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click "History Order" and "Spot".
２．Click on "Conversion History" and click on "Generate History Report".
３．Select the period and "Symbol" as "All".
Click the "Generate" button and after a while the "Download" button will appear.
6．Upload the Phemex File to cryptact
After downloading the trade history, please upload it via upload screen.
