When uploading the downloaded files to cryptact, please upload them in order from the oldest transaction date. For more details, please refer to the help page below.

1．Our Support Status for HTX
You can check the types of files supported by cryptact on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page. Please click on the relevant exchange to view the details.
If the uploaded file contains transaction details that can be interpreted by cryptact, the data will be automatically reflected. However, due to the specifications of certain exchanges, some files may lack transaction histories or contain unclear information, making automatic processing impossible. In such cases, if the transaction history is not supported via API or file upload, we kindly ask you to upload the data using a Custom File.
2．How to get trade history from HTX
1．Choose 「Spot&Margin」from 「Orders」.
2. After the below screen will be shown, click on「Details」and then click on the icon with the pop up message,「Export order details」.
3. 「Export Successfully」will be showed when download is completed.
3．How to check withdrawals history from HTX
Transfers between your own accounts (deposits and withdrawals) do not affect balances or gains/losses and are not included in calculations. However, if withdrawal fees are listed in the exchange file, they are reflected as a decrease in position.

HTX files do not include withdrawal fees. Please upload them via a custom file as per the steps below, or use API integration to include them automatically.
1. Click on「Assets」.
2. Then click on「History」.
3. You can check the withdrawals as below.
