1. Our Support Status for Digital Surge
You can check the support status of API endpoints for exchanges on the "Supported Exchanges & Blockchains" page.
If an exchange provides transaction history via API, we will automatically reflect that data. However, if the exchange does not supply certain information through API or if the provided files lack transaction details or are unclear, those transactions cannot be automatically imported. In such cases, please upload the transaction history manually using a Custom File.

2. Important Notes
- Digital Surge issues a single API key only (there is no secret key). Please enter only this API key on cryptact.
- For your security, the full API key is shown only briefly after creation and cannot be displayed again. Please copy it immediately after creating it.
- Please use a "Read Only" API key when connecting to cryptact.
- The "balanceadjustment" entries dated February 17, 2023 in your Digital Surge history (balance write-downs resulting from the exchange's administration process) are reflected on cryptact as follows:
- Crypto assets: The corresponding quantities are deducted from your holdings, with no gain or loss recorded.
- AUD: The corresponding amount is deducted from your balance and recorded as a loss.
3. How to get an API key for Digital Surge
1. Log in to Digital Surge and open "Account Settings."
2. Select "API Keys" and create a new API key.
3. Select "Read Only" as the permission.
4. Enter your two-factor authentication code.
5. Your API key will be displayed. Please copy it immediately (the full key is shown only right after creation).
4. How to add your Digital Surge API key to cryptact
Please select your exchange on the designated screen, enter your API key, then click "Submit" to initiate automatic API synchronization. If you conduct new transactions later, you'll need to manually click the "Sync" button to update your transaction history.
