On this page, you’ll learn how to allow your customers to log in to cryptact themselves under the Tax Accountant Plan, as well as important information about emails sent to customers.
Contents
1.Getting Started
Under the Accountant Plan, you can grant customers login access to cryptact. Customers with login access can view and edit their own transaction history in cryptact.
Customers cannot view any information other than their own account and transaction history, so you can grant them login access with confidence.
2.How to Grant Customers Login Access
1.Log in to cryptact and click the Profile icon → Organization Management → Customer List.
2.Click the “…” button to the right of the customer you want to grant login access to, then click Customer Login Management.
3.Enter the "Custromer email address" and click "Set Up Login".
An email for setting up a password will be sent to the email address you entered.
※ Please also refer to "3.Emails Sent to Customers: What Customers Need to Do" and share the information with the customer.
3.Emails Sent to Customers: What Customers Need to Do
When login access is granted, an email with the subject line “Password Change Request” will be sent to the customer's email address.
Please note that this is not an invitation email. We use the password reset email template instead. As a result, the customer may receive an email saying that a password change has been requested even though they did not request one.
To avoid confusion, we recommend sharing this Help Center article with your customers in advance: 3. Emails Sent to Customers: What Customers Need to Do
- Sender: noreply@cryptact.com
- Subject: Password Change Procedure
- Expiration: 30 minutes
1.Click Reset Password in the email.

3.Once the password has been set, the customer can log in to cryptact using the email address and password they registered.
* After 30 minutes, the link in the email will expire and can no longer be used to set a password.
* If the email does not arrive: Please check whether it has been filtered into the spam or junk folder, and make sure that the email address entered is correct.
