How to Renew a Customer in the Accountant Plan

This page explains how to Renew a Client under the Accountant Plan.

 

1.Introduction

For those on the Tax Accountant Plan, each customer's contract does not renew automatically.
Contracts are valid for one year (month-to-month) from the start date and will terminate thereafter. If you wish to continue calculating for a client, please click “Renew.”

Note: Even after contract expiration, the customer's data is retained.
Should you renew the contract, you will continue to have access to all past data.

 

2.How to Check the “Contract End Date” 

1.After logging in, click on "CUSTOMER".



2.Click on "View all".


 

3.You can view the “Contract End” date for the customer you would like by checking the respective column next to their name.
When the contract end date passes, the customer's status will automatically change to Expired.

 

3.How to Renew a Client's Contract

1.After logging in, click on "CUSTOMER".



2.Click on "View all".


 

3.For clients you wish to renew, click "・・・" to the right of the Contract End button, then click "Renew".
