This help page provides guidance on whether you need to continue with the pricing plan based on the annual transaction volume of the years for which you previously uploaded.
【Question】
Even if the number of transactions decreases, do I still need to continue with the plan based on my past annual transaction volume?
【Answer】
1.Definition of the Annual Transaction
How Annual Transactions Are Counted (Plan Guide)
How to Subscribe to or Change a Pricing Plan
2.When downgrading with the Pricing Plan
Data Retention for Plan Changes and Cancellations
Ex.)Currently on the Pro plan(Transactions/year:10,000)
| the fiscal year | the annual transaction |
| 2020 | 50 |
| 2021 | 52 |
| 2022 | 143 |
| 2023 | 2,020 |
| 2024 | 289 |
| 2025 | 48 |
| 2026 | 0 |
①Started cryptocurrency trading in February 2020.
②Started using cryptact in January 2024. Since all past transaction history is required for the profit and loss calculation, uploading the entire history resulted in the need to upgrade to the Pro plan (Transactions/year: 10,000), based on the high transaction volume in the busiest year, 2023.
③Since the number of transactions is expected to decrease from 2025 onward, I will downgrade to the Basic plan (Transactions/year: 300) before the automatic renewal in January 2025.
⇒Since you will remain on a pricing plan, all transaction data and calculation results uploaded under the Pro plan will be preserved.
- After the downgrade is applied, you will not be able to add new transactions to any fiscal year that already exceeds the annual transaction limit of the plan in effect at that time. In the above example, if you attempt to add new transaction history to the 2023 fiscal year (Transactions: 2,020), which was uploaded while subscribed to the Pro plan (Transactions/year: 10,000), a message prompting you to upgrade to the Pro plan will appear after downgrading to the Basic plan (Transactions/year: 300).
-
Please note that if you delete previously uploaded transaction history from the Transactions and re-upload it, you will be required to upgrade to the plan corresponding to the fiscal year with the highest number of transactions that needs to be re-uploaded. By using the Data Locking Function, you can lock your data to prevent accidental deletion or addition of transaction history.
