For users who uploaded SUI transaction history via Custom Files before SUI support was introduced
Support for the Sui Network (“SUI”) was added in November 2025. Prior to this, we asked users to upload their SUI transaction history using Custom Files* due to the lack of native support.
If you have already uploaded SUI transaction history via Custom Files and then connect your wallet after enabling automatic retrieval through the DeFi feature, duplicate entries may occur.
To prevent this, please use the Data Locking Function for all fiscal years where calculations have already been completed. Once a fiscal year is finalized, no additional transactions will be added to that year. After finalizing, syncing with the DeFi feature will only reflect transactions from the following fiscal years that have not yet been finalized.
Please note that Data Locking Function locks the data on a per-year basis. If you have uploaded SUI transaction history via Custom Files for a year that has not yet been Locked, duplicate entries may occur. In that case, please manually Delete the duplicate transactions from your Custom File uploads.

A tool to simplify the creation of custom files, Sui Crypto Tax (links to an external site), has been made available. We have confirmed that cryptact's custom files can be generated using the method described on the Sui Crypto Tax help page. For more details, please check the Sui Crypto Tax website.
