Q1. I am subscribed to an old paid plan. What will happen after the plan revision?

A. Customers with auto-renewal enabled (ON) will continue with the existing plan on and after September 9, 2024, so no special procedures are required for continuation. (For example, customers using the old [Entry Plan] will continue with the old [Entry Plan]). You can continue to use the same features and transaction limits at the same price as before.

However, depending on your preferences, the procedures you need to follow may vary, so please refer to the following help page "5. Process for Applying New Plans" for details.

5. Process for Applying New Plans

Note: Customers who have auto-renewal disabled (OFF) will only be able to continue with the new plan from September 9, 2024, when the existing plan contract period expires. If you wish to continue with the existing plan, please enable auto-renewal (ON) by the day before the expiration date of the existing plan. For details, please refer to the above link.
