Q7. I am subscribed to the old paid plan but have disabled auto-renewal. What will happen when it expires on or after September 9, 2024?

A. As before, you will no longer be able to view your transaction history data immediately after the expiration date. Additionally, from the perspective of server load, the transaction history data will be completely deleted and unrecoverable 30 days after the expiration date. After that, your account will automatically transition to the new [Free Plan]. Therefore, if you wish to retain your data, please consider subscribing to the [Data Retention Plan] or a paid plan (*) before your data is deleted.
